What does a project cost?
There is no fixed figure, because two projects with the same name can have completely different scope. After a first conversation that establishes what the problem actually is, we send a written estimate.
Where do you take work from?
Anywhere in Iran; the studio is in Tehran and we travel for production. Work outside Iran is starting shortly — if that is you, write anyway and say where you are.
What should a first message include?
The business problem, not the deliverable. "We need a new logo" tells us less than "our two product lines are being confused for each other". Timing and any fixed dates help too, because they change what is realistic.
How quickly will I hear back?
Within three working days, to every serious brief. If we are not the right partner for the work, we will say so and suggest who might be — that reply still comes inside the same three days.
Which address should I use?
ceo@khn.agency for new business and anything about a project. cdo@khn.agency is for digital and technical matters. The form on this page goes to the first of those.
Can we work in Persian, English, or both?
Any of the three. Persian is written natively here rather than translated, so a bilingual project gets two first-class versions rather than one original and one rendering of it.
